We want all of our customers to feel 100% satisfied with their purchase. If your product was not to your expectations please email us at hello@rosevaleaccessories.com and we'll respond to your email within 24 hours. We will try our best to make it right even if that requires an exchange or refund.
Order Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. If you are unable to cancel the order on your end, just email us at hello@rosevaleaccessories.com and we will support you with your request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please read Conditions for Returns in this policy for exceptions/non-returnable items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7 days, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@rosevaleaccessories.com. We will respond to your request within 24 hours and may offer a product replacement or exchange. If a refund is requested, we will provide a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@rosevaleaccessories.com.

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Personalized items include any items with engraving, etching, or embossing.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
