How are your products different from other shops?

At Rosevale Accessories, we aim to create high-quality, aesthetic, modern, and durable products that you can be proud about using and displaying in your home. We do not sell anything that we wouldn't use ourselves, or gift to loved ones. Here's how we accomplish our goal:

We believe we have the most unique range of products, plus a very experienced background with the themes we offer, which makes us knowledgeable and trusted creators who you can rely on to get everything - especially the details - right.

We make everything by hand in the U.S.A. We support other small businesses and local shops whenever possible. This ensures that we are supporting other creators, artists and people who love crafting as much as we do, because we believe that additional care and attention has been put into their materials and products as well. Like a chef who expects quality ingredients to make a great meal, we look to source high quality materials for our products.

We don't push sets or large quantities on you, ever. Sure, there are discounts for larger orders, but we also offer single products, like a single wine charm, if that's all you need. I can assure you that we hate clutter more than you do!

How does personalization work?

Our product descriptions and pictures should include standard font details and options. If you would like a different font, font size, style or design, just reach out and we'd be happy to help. Check out our available fonts, font philosophy and font standards here.

  • General information:

    • Pendants can accommodate 2 lines of text (max 6 characters with 3mm font).

    • Bracelets can accommodate 1 line of text up to 20 characters including letters, punctuation, and spaces.

    • Applies to all products with personalized wording:

      • If your personalized wording exceeds our character limitations, we may have to downsize the font to accommodate the text. For example, we may have to use a 1.5mm font instead of the 3mm standard font size. We may be able to stick with 3mm font depending on the words and characters. For example, it's easier to squeeze in an I versus a W based on spacing limitations. We will notify you if your wording exceeds the character limits and requires changes.

      • Longer text may wrap to the sides of products like bracelets and rings, making the wording harder to read. However if that's the look you want, just let us know!

      • If you'd like to see a proof prior to purchase, just email us. We are happy to provide up to 2 proofs at no charge to you.

  • We will update this page as new font types and sizes become available.

  • All items are made to order and stamped by hand which adds to the uniqueness of every product for every customer. Please expect slight variances with character spacing, impression, and alignment with all of our handcrafted products.

What does "hand stamped" mean and does it impact product quality?

We personally hand stamp our personalized stamped accessories when you order your product. Hand stamping our products means we use a hammer, a plate, metal stamps, simple guides, and the best tool - our own hands - to create our personalized products for you. We do not use laser machines or any other big shop tools, as that would lead to you having products that look exactly like everyone else's. Our products are custom made, after orders are placed, leading to one-of-a-kind pieces made just for you.

While we always aim for consistency, hand stamped art naturally has some variance with character or design impression, spacing or alignment. Don't worry - we won't compromise quality or readability. We are happy to share up to 2 proofs upon request at no charge to you.

Can longer text be accommodated on stamped accessories?

What is the best way to maintain my products?

Stainless steel and aluminum products shouldn't stain. Other silver tone products and wine charm rings can be cleaned with silversmith polish. We like Haggerty's. Brass, copper and gold tones are prone to tarnishing. Clean these products and materials with Bartender's Friend, avoiding ink, beads, and charms as much as possible. Follow the directions with all cleaning products and see your items return to their original state. If you need any help or tips, just email us anytime at help@rosevaleaccessories.com. We use our products daily and do not adjust our daily routines much. We wash our wine glasses with our wine charms and allow them to dry normally, and use our necklaces and bracelets daily. What kinds of beads do you use?

Our standard beads are Czech glass beads 6/0 size. We can also accommodate small Japanese glass beads 11/0 size for a more elegant look. Click here for more info on our beads.
