Font Standards

• Our product descriptions and product pictures should include standard font details and options. If you would like a different font, font size, style or design, just reach out and we'd be happy to help.

• Pendants can accommodate 2 lines of text (max 6 characters with 3mm font).

• Applies to all products with personalized wording:

  • If your personalized wording exceeds our character limitations, we may have to downsize the font to accommodate the text. For example, we may have to use a 1.5mm font instead of the 3mm standard font size. We may be able to stick with 3mm font depending on the words and characters. For example, it's easier to squeeze in an I versus a W based on spacing limitations. We will notify you if your wording exceeds the character limits and requires changes.

  • Longer text may wrap to the sides of products like bracelets and rings, making the wording harder to read. However if that's the look you want, just let us know!

  • If you'd like to see a proof prior to purchase, just email us. We are happy to provide up to 2 proofs at no charge to you.

• We will update this page as new font types and sizes become available.

• All items are made to order and stamped by hand which adds to the uniqueness of every product for every customer. Please expect slight variances with character spacing, impression, and alignment with all of our handcrafted products.

Special design requests or personalized wording requiring 3 lines: An extra charge may apply and we will let you know when you submit your question or request. Please add this product to your cart for any upgraded design or extra character requests.

Standard design with extra characters, requiring us to downsize the font: As long as we can keep your text to 2 lines, downsizing font from 3mm to 1.5mm to accommodate extra characters is no extra charge.

Our Philosophy With Beads

Surrounding your personalized pendant or charm with beads accentuates it the same way an exclamation mark finishes a sentence. It is the perfect way to complete your wine charms when the right colors and patterns are selected. You have the option to send in color codes so that we can find the closest bead color available or you can tell us what you're trying to accomplish with a team name or flag color. We'll take it from there. You also have the option to upgrade to smaller Japanese glass beads for a more elegant look. When you're not sure what colors to choose or what design pattern to use, we'll design it based on this philosophy, your personalized wording, and our experience.

Bead Standards

Bead style colors - No extra fees, these are just some ideas for your bead color choices:

• Option 1: All wine charms in one solid color. In terms of functionality to avoid glass "mix-ups" only works for sets with unique charms or pendants.

• Option 2: Each wine charm in different solid colors. For example, dog charm with only navy blue beads, cat charm with only red beads.

• Option 3: Multiple colors per wine charm. Up to 3 bead colors per product or set may be selected. This is the most popular option for beaded style sets. Bead pattern will be symmetrical on both sides of each wine charm. For example, if you want the wine charms in the set to be Red, White and Blue, every wine charm will follow this pattern from left to right along the wine charm: 2 red beads, 2 white beads, 2 blue beads, spacer, the pendant, spacer, 2 blue beads, 2 white beads, 2 red beads, so that the colors align when looking at the charm. Other important information:

• Send clear color descriptions using the HEX or RGB color codes for accurate color matching. https://htmlcolorcodes.com offers a free tool which provides the HEX or RGB color codes if you don't know them.

• If you do not provide specific HEX or RGB color codes we will attempt to reach out to you for suggestions, however your order may be canceled if no response is provided. We will always do our best to match the colors requested based on available beads. We will notify you if we expect any color discrepancies and can provide proofs upon request.

• Number of total beads per wine charm: Up to 12 beads per wine charm, based on standard 6/0 Czech glass beads. If less beads or different style beads are available, we will offer those options in the product page.

• Accent beads or spacers will be included in the same tone as the ring tone that you select, unless otherwise outlined in the product page or pictures. For example, if you order a set in silver tone, the ring and the accent beads will all be silver tone.

Standard vs. Upgraded Beads

Standard beads: Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our beaded wine charms include Czech glass beads in 6/0 size as shown in these pictures. When you select the beaded style option, that is the cost for the product selected and you will not pay anything extra for our standard beads.

Upgraded beads: We offer 11/0 size Japanese glass beads as an upgraded option for a more elegant style. There is an uncharge as these beads are more costly and difficult to craft with (but are so worth it!). There are more limited colors with this option so we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please add this product to your cart for any upgraded bead requests.
